20 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Sixty physical status ASA II-III or NYHA physical status I-III patients of sexes, aged 20-60 years, scheduled for elective cardiac valve replacement.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: With double beam or ? degree atrioventricular block, has a history of drug allergy, 2 weeks before and during the test using renal toxicity drugs, clear liver and renal insufficiency, moderate or more lung dysfunction, hypertension ? period, basis and diabetic kidney disease history, etc.
