Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All partial hepatectomy patients excluded contraindication of operation can be selected:

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. portal hypertensionliver function grade three or above; 2. the patients in poor condition to operation: Serious heart, kidney dysfunction, important organ dysfunction, difficult to tolerate the operation; 3. the patients difficult to communicate: because of language, culture or physical defect; 4. central nervous system diseases before operation; 5. feeling disorder in the puncture site; 6. infection in the puncture site; 7. Previous abdominal operation, operation scar may affect local anesthetic diffusion; 8. The patients refused; 9. if they had a known allergy to ropivacaine; 10. Operation time is larger than 6h.
