Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Qutpatient and inpatient in our department; Aged 18-45 years; Meet the DSM-5 diagnostic criteria of first-episode Bipolar disorder II depressive episode; MDQ: positive, HAMD17 score:=17 points, CGIscore:=4 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Female subjects with pregnancy or in lactation; Serious physical diseases: epilepsy, myocardial infarction, unstable angina, congestive heart failure, severe liver cirrhosis, acute or chronic renal failure, severe diabetes, aplastic anemia, other serious nervous system, heart, liver, renal, endocrine, blood and other body disease; Intracranial Metal foreign body; With pacemaker; With cochlear implants; Intracranial hypertension
