30 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) patients undergoing general anesthesia for elective surgery, ASA I-II; (2) hypertensive patients, hypertension 1-2 grade; (3) aged 30-70 years old, male or female.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) severe kidney disease, severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; (2) with contraindications of dexmedetomidine , such as sinus bradycardia, atrioventricular block; (3) history of substance abuse;
