18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Clinical diagnosed as GERD by an physician with clinical symptoms, 24-hour Esophageal pH Monitoring diagnose (Demeester score>30.0) and symptoms not relief or recurrent attacks after medical treatment over 2 months, sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients whose biopsy confirmed as Barrett or early esophageal cancer; who had received surgical operation such as gastric plication and normal anatomic structure has been destroyed whose hiatal diameter is over 3cm.
