Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) accordance with the ankle sprains diagnostic criteria; 2) adults over the age of 18; 3) lesions not open wounds; 4) accordance with the United States "the ankle injury treatment guidelines" in 1997 on ankle soft tissue injuries with level 1 and level 2; 5) patients signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) having any surgical indications, such as vascular nerves ligament rupture; 2) pregnancy or breastfeeding women; 3) having severe primary diseases, such as, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system disease of heart head blood-vessel, severe skin disease, malignant tumor, etc.; 4) combined diseases such as rheumatism, rheumatoid disease, gout, activists or ankle original impairment ankle; 5) having mental illness can't collaborators.
