18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) American Society of Anesthesiologist physical status I to III classification; (2) Aged 18-70 years male and female; (3) Operative time for 1-6 hours; (4) 3-4 holes for thoracoscopic surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Knowing history of COPD, Type 2 diabetes and Chronic pain; (2) Knowing administration of immunosuppressive drugs before surgery; (3) Inability to cooperate with investigator for mental problem or others; (4) Convert to thoractomy or blood transfusion >200 ml; (5) Participate in other clinical trials nearly 3 months; (6) Hemoglobin(Hb)<80 g/L.
