18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Symptomatic TV/PVC with LBBB morphology and QRS with RS rS in inferior leads; TV VT/PVC was refractory or intolerant to at least 1 class I or III antiarrhythmic medication; Aged from 18 to 75 years old; Written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Reversal TV/VT/PVC; Structure heart disease; VT/PVC with multimophology; System disease; Pregnant women
