Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: symptomatic paroxysmal or persistent atrial fibrillation (AF) less than 3 years; paroxysmal or persistent AF refractory or intolerant to at least 1 class I or III antiarrhythmic medication; Both male or female; Aged from 18 to 75 years old; Written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: LAA thrombus; cancer; LA diameter >50mm; Reversal atril fibrillation; AF post cardiac operration; AF ablation history; Be allergic to antiarrhythmia medications, anticoagulation agents, adenosine, or isoproterenol; Severe pulmonary diseases; Acute myocardial infarction in recent 6 months; Coronary artery stent history; Cardiac transplantation in 12 months; Acute severe stroke; haematological systemic disorder; Abnormal lever and renal function; Gravida or women during lactation; Mental health patient; Life expectancy less than 2 years
