Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: According to TNM, choose the patients of preoperative diagnosis of tumor maximum diameter 4-6cm,without distant metastasis; ASA I-II, aged 18-65 years old; No previous history of cardiovascular disease, endocrine disease, acute renal disease, a history of renal transplantation, serum creatinine<1.5mg/dl, BUN<20mg/dl.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A history of cardiovascular disease, endocrine disease, acute renal disease, a history of renal transplantation, serum creatinine>1.5mg/dl, BUN>20mg/dl; The patients with significant inflammation (image data, blood, body temperature, etc.)
