Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) All the cases were definitely diagnosed with colon cancer by medical imaging and pathology; (2) No prior chemotherapy,patients were scheduled to receive OXA-based chemotherapy(FOLFOX4FOLFOX6); (3) Aged 18-70 years old, no serious heartliver and kidney dysfunction and dyshaematopoiesis, a life expectancy of>3 month, KPS >= 60; (4) Neurological examination had no positive sign, no drug allergy and diabetes; (5) Volunteered to participate and signed informed consentpatients can not receive radiotherapy or other treatment during the trail.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Did not meet the inclusion criteria; (2) Patients who had used herbal within 4 weeks before registration; (3) Had serious heartliver and kidney dysfunction and dyshaematopoiesis; (4) History of central nervous system disease; (5) History of cervical spondylopathylumbar disc protrusiondiabetes and uremia which can potentially cause peripheral neuropathy; (6) Nerve compression caused by tumor metastasis or peripheral neuropathy caused by electrolyte disturbancesdiabetesalcohol disease and other disorder; (7) Longtime using of thiazide diuretic and foxglove; (8) Poisoninginfection and radiotherapy induced peripheral neuropathy or receiving medicine which can cause peripheral neuropathy; (9) Severe diarrheavomitthat or intestinal obstruction interferes with daily administration of Chinese medicine; (10) Uncontrolled psychosis; (11) Pregnancy or prepare pregnant women, or lactation; (12) Alcohol and drug abuse; (13) Allergic constitution or allergy to experiment drugs.
