Two groups:minimal invasive resection versus open surgery

Eligibility

Age

18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Informed consent; 2. gastric submucosal tumor verified by EUS or CT; 3. longest length between 2cm to 5cm; 4. aged between 18 years to 70 years; 5. normal results of blood rutine test, hepatic and renal function test, and coagulation test.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. tumor size beyond the inclusion criteria or having metastasis; 2. epigastric surgery history; 3. tumor rapture or bleeding; 4. ASA 4 or 5; 5. abnormal coagulation; 6. severe comorbidity.
