18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnose T2DM accoding to 1999 WHO criteria; 2. Aged 18-75 years; 3. Only treated with premixed human insulin at more than 3 months; 4. Poor glucose control; 5. Normal intelligence,Informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. no serious heart, liver, kidney, lung dysfunction; 2. Pregnant or lactating; 3. Severe infection, ketoacidosis and with disease that can effect glucose or drug metabolism.
