Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with histologically documented diagnosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma with III clinical staging or IV were eligible for this study. They need to use the same chemoradiotherapy scheme, and the total dose of radiotherapy was 70 Gy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those with history of prior radiotherapy or having an allergic reaction of olive oil.
