50 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 50-70years; BMI 20-28kg/m2; no fever and infection in the last monthto give up smoking at least 2 weeks; pulmonary function testing of preoperative; MVV measured values/expected value>70%, FEV1 >60%Cardiac function classification I to II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The patient refused to sign a consent formhistory of lung infection or fever in the last month, high blood pressure; Coronary heart diseaseLiver and kidney dysfunction, pulmonary function testing of preoperative; MVV measured values /expected value FEV1 60% to 70%.
