15 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Male or female patients, aged 15-80 years old; 2) Patients diagnosed with tuberculous exudative pleurisy; 3) Pleural fluid depth>= 5cm under B-ultrasound; 4) Participants can understand and comply with the trial protocol, and then signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Coagulation disorders; 2) Patients whose pleural effusion can not be handled for mania or consciousness disorders; 3) Spontaneous breathing is weak and maybe stopped at any time; 4) Myocardial infarction?severe arrhythmia; 5) Patients who can not cooperation due to mental stress.
