65 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) 18-80 years of age, sex not limited; (2) American anesthesiologists (American Socitey of Anesthesiology, ASA grade ? - ?) classification; (3) subjects weight 40-80kg; (4) subjects without serious heart and lung diseases; (5) ECG no elective operation taboos; (6), blood coagulation, urine routine, stool routine, liver function, renal function, preoperative etiology, laboratory examination showed no abnormality; (7) no obvious abnormal chest radiograph; (8) non hepatitis A, hepatitis B, AIDS, tuberculosis and other infectious diseases in the active stage; (9) patients anesthesia puncture the skin without infection; (10) patients without severe limb deformities; (11) can be matched to anesthesiologists and surgeons requirements, without mental diseases; (12) the patients agreed to participate in the test, and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) refused to participate in the test patients; (2) patients with medical disputes; (3) with severe heart and lung diseases patients; (4) to local anesthetic drug allergy; (5) had elective operation contraindication of ecg; (6), blood coagulation, urine routine, stool routine, liver function, renal function, preoperative etiology, laboratory examination are obviously abnormal; (7) hepatitis A, hepatitis B, AIDS, tuberculosis and other infectious diseases in the active stage; (8) patients anesthesia puncture site skin infection; (9) patients with severe limb deformities; (10) preoperative excessive emotional stress; (11) does not fit the anesthesiologist and surgeon's request, the mentally ill; (12) are especially sensitive to pain; (13) researchers think disease research should not participate in the clinical trial.Ramsay score.
