18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Female patients undergoing thyroidectomy under general anesthesia;2. Aged 18- 65 yr;3. ASA physical status I or II;4. Nonsmoking.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Administration of antiemetic drugs in the previous 24 hours; 2. A history of nausea or vomiting in the previous 24 hours; 3. Alcoholism; 4. Abnormal hepatic function or renal function; 5. Diabetes mellitus; 6. Peripheral nerve disease; 7. Drug abuse; 8. Injured or scarred ear,skin diseases.
