Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Timing: within 1-3 days the newly issued patients with acute lung injury due to viral or bacterial ; age between 16-75 years old; 2.Chest imaging: Patients of Bilateral pulmonary infiltrates or effusion; 3.Origin of edema: Respiratory failure not fully explained by cardiac failure or fluid overload need objective assessment (eg, echocardiography) to exclude hydrostatic edema if no risk factor present; 4.Oxygenation: PaO2/FiO2=300mmHg, or PEEP=5cmH2O.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Reluctant to sign an informed consent form; 2. The cases in detection is not more than one week, or dropped out; 3. The patients with merge existing disease in the blood system or liver cirrhosis; 4. Cancer patients during chemotherapy; 5. The patients did not exceed half of a year after trauma or surgery; 6. Pregnant women, breastfeeding women and women who may be pregnant; 7. Patient with malignant cancer, HIV-infected patient; 8. Patients allergic to Breeze detoxification capsules; 9. Other situations that are inappropriate due to the researchers.
