Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Written informed consent forms were obtained from all participants. The inclusion criteria were as follows: 1. =40 years of age; 2. a smoking history of =30 packs of cigarettes per year; 3. a medical history and results of physical examination, chest radiography, and pulmonary function test (PFT) consistent with the diagnosis of COPD (In particular, the result of PFT should include an FEV1/FVC ratio =70%); 4. a COPD exacerbation event defined as an acute event characterized by significant worsening of the respiratory symptoms that led to a change in medication.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1?nervous system diseases such as cerebrovascular accident, dementia, traumatic brain injury, myasthenia gravis, cerebral palsy, gray - Bach syndrome, such as polio and progressive development of diseases such as Parkinson's, huntington's chorea, 2, always with upper respiratory and digestive tract (or) surgery, including the mouth, nose and throat throat, esophageal resection or a history of radiation therapy, 3, serious cardiovascular disease, uncontrolled hypertension, severe arrhythmia, severe pulmonary hypertension and other lung diseases, severe liver and kidney disease, lower limbs dyskinesia, learning, cognitive disorders, mental disorders, etc.
