Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 ~ 16 years old children hospitalized for HBeAg positive chronic hepatitis B, the guardian's consent and / or voluntary basis after full communication and signed the informed consent were included in the study. All children must also comply with serum HBsAg positive for at least 6 months; the alanine aminotransferase (ALT) levels were normal or slightly elevated (ALT < 1.5ULN), HBeAg, HBVDNA positive, HBeAb negative liver pathology; ? suggestive of liver inflammation in G = 1; ? before entering the group June have not received interferon, nucleoside or nucleoside analogue antiviral treatment; the serum HIV, HCV, except HDV seropositive patients. Diagnostic criteria in line with the "Chinese prevention and treatment of chronic hepatitis B guide" (2010 Edition) standard.
