18 Years to 50 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) The high complex anorectal fistula patients aged between 18 to 50; (2) Patients who has anorectal abscess history; (3) There were clear anorectal fistula duct which was confirmed by soft probe, X-ray angiography or surgery; (4) There were clear internal openings around the anal fossae, and clear higher complex anorectal fistula duct cross the external sphincter: (5) Paients who can follow the doctor's advice, can accept regular checking and and can accept the regular follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with malignant tumor, intestinal tuberculosis, crohn's disease, or diabetes; (2) Patients with cardiac dysfunction, respiratory failure, or brain disease; (3) Diabetes Mellitus; (4) Allergic to the product of this project; (5) Pregnancy or lactation period; (6) There were more than three extra fistula duct which was confirmed by soft probe, X-ray angiography or surgery; (7) There were internal opening which was confirmed by soft probe, X-ray angiography or surgery;(8)Human immunodeficiency virus infection (HIV) (8); (9) Patients with obvious local infection or pus cavity;
