18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients have ability to follow study protocol;2.Patients will be scheduled for elective unilateral primary total knee arthroplasty;3.American Society of Anesthesiologists class 1 to 3;4.age: 18 to 90 years,body mass index:18 to 40 kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Chronic opioid use (defined as daily or almost daily use of opioids for >3 months); 2.Alcohol or drug abuse, hypersensitivity or allergies to any of the study medications(local anesthetics); 3.Preexisting neuropathy or trauma/surgical history on the operative limb; 4.Diabetes mellitus combined with peripheral neuropathy; 5.Blocks are void in 20 minutes(pain threshold measured by Von Frey Filaments rises less than 40%); 6.Patients for various reasons can not follow study protocol.
