Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Undergoing gastrointestinal tumor surgery under general anesthesia combined with epidural block, expected surgery time 120-240min;ASA I-II, age 18-65, BMI 18-24kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Allergic history to branched amino acid; Diabetes and other metabolic diseases; Preoperative administration of metabolism-affected drug.
