Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria for ACS Patients: ? aged 18-80; ? Diagnosis of ACS bases on the 2011 ACC/AHA Guidelines for the Patients With Unstable Angina/Non-ST-Elevation Myocardial Infarction and 2012 ESC for ST segment elevation myocardial infarction; ? the patients who with no intention to quit smoking will agree to take part in the test and accept follow-up; ? All patients will give written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cancer, multiple organ failure or life expectancy of less than 1 year; 2. Patients can't cooperate with follow-up.
