20 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Infertile women aged 20-40years old who were undergoing timed intercourses or Intrauterine Insemination (IUI )or frozen-thawed embryo transfer (FET) on nature or ovulation induced cycle. Endometrial thickness was = 7 mm at late follicular phase(2-3days before ovulation, the day blood or urine LH peak, or the day follicular diameter=15 mm)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Uterine anatomical abnormalities. Organic disease of Uterine or uterine cavity. Intrauterine adhesion certified by Hysteroscopes. Surgery history of uterine cavity. Carrying intrauterine device.Use long acting steroid hormone contraceptive in 3 months before. Long-term use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. Smoking or alcohol abuse. Chronic disease of psychosis. Contraindication for Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulation (NMES),such as Vaginal prolapsed, skin damage of regio perinealis, rectal or vaginal bleeding, complete denervation of the pelvic floor, dementia, carrying pacemaker, astable or serious arrhythmia, acute infection of genital tract, astable epilepsy, haemorrhoid attacking. Contraindication for estrogen, such as severe dysfunction of liver, thromboembolic disease, Hepatic tumor. Hormone-Dependent Neoplasms of uterus or breast.
