Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA I or ?,eighteen to fifty-five and undergoing Combined spinal-epidural anesthesia in gynecological patients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: the gastroin -testinal reflux, diabetes, body mass index >30 kg/m2, unable to speak Chinese, undergoing urgent/emergency surgery
