Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 18 years old and older; 2) sudden onset of acute ischemic stroke with symptom onset to treatment (OTT) <=4.5 hours; 3) admission NIHSS score between 4 to 18; 4) a large artery occlusion with the region of decreased CBV less than one third of the region showing a prolonged MTT on CTP.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.History of stroke in the past 3 mo with severe disability; 2.Previous intracranial hemorrhage,neoplasm,subarachnoid hemorrhage, or arterial venous malformation; 3.Hypertension at time of treatment,systolic BP>185mmHg or diastolic BP>110mmHg; 4.Presumed septic embolus; 5.Recent(within 30d) surgery; 6.Recent(within 30d)trauma; 7.Recent(within 90d)severe head trauma; 8.Rencent(within 30d)or active systemic hemorrhage; 9.Oral anticoagulant therapy with INR>1.7; 10.Administered with heparin within 48h and with a abnormal APTT; 11.Platelets< 100x109/L,glucose<2.7 mmol/L; 12.Pregnant; 13.Treated by endovascular therapy after failure of intravenous rt-PA; 14.Rejected by the patients or their family member.
