Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who received open hepatectomy in Hepatic Surgery of West China Hospital,Sichuan University between May 2014 and December 2015.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating women; 2. Underwent abdominal surgery within 60 days before the operation; 3. Planned reoperation within 30 days afther the operation; 4. Used antibiotics within 7 days before the operation; 5. Patients with severe immunosuppression.
