Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 100 patients with CPB, ASA ?-?, heart function ?-?, age 25 to 65 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Excluded criteria: severe lung disease or lung dysfunction, patients with immune dysfunction,toxemia, pleural effusion, lung infection, hypoproteinemia, patients with hepatic, renal or coagulation disorder, COPD and asthma were excluded.
