60 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age: =60 years. Usual residents of Ping Dingshan City(live in Ping Dingshan over 5 years )2) Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE) score between 24 and 303) Activities of Daily Living(ADL) score =224) Clinical Dementia Rating (CDR) of 0.5

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Non illiteracy, no vision, hearing a serious decline; 2) Serious physical disease, mental disease; 3) Significant cognitive impairment (such as Alzheimer's disease); 4) Current or recent use of fish oil or other omega-3 supplements; 5) Use of systemic corticosteroids, neuroleptics, anti-Parkinsonian agents, or narcotic analgesics; 6) Any other serious health conditions that may interfere with the study; 7) Enrollment in another clinical trial.
