18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. To be diagnosed by pathological or cytological examination confirmed the diagnosis of patients with stage III or IV non-small cell lung cancer; 2. Aged 18 to 75 years; 3. Expected lifetime more than six months; 4. The Karnofsky score = 60 points; 5. Within a month without radiation and chemotherapy; 6. Voluntary to participate in this study, to follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other diseases,such as cardiac function, renal insufficiency, respiratory dysfunction and other major diseases; 2. Patients had received a immunotherapy or used glucocorticoid nearly three months; 3. Patients with other immune diseases; 4. Women during pregnancy or lactation; 5. Patients with other factors such as decline in cognitive functions can't normal communication; 6. Patients can't accept chemotherapy; 7. Don't want to cooperate with the researcher; 8. Have allergy history or not according to stipulations incomplete in information; 9. Patients do not meet the inclusion criteria.
