Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with metabolic syndrome and obstructive sleep apnea syndrome

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients already diagnosed as diabetes, and using metformin or lipid lowering drugs; 2. with acute diabetic complications; 3. pregnant and lactation period women; 4. recently after surgery or other stress status; 5. Severe hepatic and/or nephrotic disease;clinical cardiovascular/cerebral disease(stroke, Cerebral hemorrhage, Myocardial infarction,Malignant arrhythmias, etc)and PAD, etc;thyroid diseaseacute infective disease; 6. OSAHS cause by central nervous system,nasal, neck, throat disease; 7. Patients with acromegaly, COPD; 8. BP=160/100mmHg.
