General Anesthesia:General Anesthesia: Diprivan TCI (2-4ug/ml), sufentanil (1ug/kg) and Vecuronium (1mg/kg) are used in induction period, Diprivan TCI (2ug/ml) is used in maintenance period.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Breast cancer patient without treatment, female, aged 25-65 yeears old, without other diseases, such as endocrine diseases, immune function disorders and etc., and have not carried out radiotherapy and chemotherapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Complicated with other disease, have accepted surgiry, radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
