Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. September 1, 2010 to January 31, 2013; 2. Hormone replacement FET cycles; 3. Women aged 20 to 35 years old; 4. D3 frozen embryos available; 5. Endometrium thickness =7mm on endometrial transformation day; 6. Women who are capable of giving informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Women with diagnosed uterus abnormality: malformed uterus (uterus unicornis, septate uterus, duplex uterus, u terus bicomis), adenomyosis, submucous myoma, intrauterine adhesion; 2. Women who have experienced recurrent spontaneous abortion (including biochemical pregnancy abortion) more than 2 times; 3. Embryo transferred failure more than 2 times(including biochemical pregnancy abortion); 4. Women with medical condition that represent contraindication to assisted reproductive technology and/or pregnancy; 5. Women who are taking any medication impacting reproductive or metabolic function that should not be discontinued, such as anti-diabetic agents, certain anti-hypertension agents that known to affect reproductive function or metabolism (diazoxide, ACE inhibitors, calcium channel blockers), herbal supplement, acupuncture; 6. Endometrium thickness <7mm on endometrial transformation day; 7. Women who are unable to comply with the study procedures.
