Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) To meet the "standard diagnosis of cervical disease"; (2) The shoulder and neck and arm pain as the main clinical manifestations, the average pain in group VAS a week before the score of 3 to 8; (3) Aged 18 to 65 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) the other type of cervical spondylosis patients; (2) with operation indications; (3) the only imaging abnormalities, without clinical symptoms of cervical spine; (4) lesions (cervical, thoracic outlet syndrome, tennis elbow, carpal tunnel syndrome, periarthritis of shoulder, elbow syndrome, biceps tendinitis etc.) upper limb pain caused by the disease; (5) X-ray showed bone tuberculosis, osteoporosis and vertebral fusion cases; (6) associated with pregnancy or other serious illness, psychiatric patients; (7) according to the requirements of treatment cannot be observed, unable to judge the curative effect and incomplete data.
