18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male and female, aged between 18-65 years; 2. GFR 30ml/min to 60ml/min, subject with acute kidney function failure is ruled out; 3. For subject whose urine protein is no less than 1.0g/d, his/her blood pressure should be dropped no more than 125/75mmHg after the anti-hypertension therapy. For subject whose urine protein is less than 1.0g/d, his/her blood pressure should be reduced no more than 130/80mmHg after the anti-hypertension therapy; 4. Subject's 24 hour total amount of urine protein is no more than 2.0g; 5. Informed consent is signed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with original severe disease in heart, brain, lung, liver, blood systems; 2. Subject's 24 hour total amount of urine protein is more than 2.0g; 3. Subject who is diagnosed as acute kidney function failure; 4. Subject who is after kidney transplant; 5. Subject with mental illness; 6. Woman who is pregnant or try to conceive.Woman who is breast-feeding baby; 7. Subject who is allergic to the medication(knowned); 8. Subject who is included in other clinical trials; 9. Subject who is taking glucorcorticoid or immunosuppressor; 10. Diabetes subject; 11. Polycystic kidney subject; 12. Hemoglobin is less than 9g/L in blood routine.
