Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients generally good, no heart, lung, kidney, brain and other diseases; (2) liver function is normal or only mild damage, according to liver function (Child-Pugh classification of liver function) of Class A; or liver function returned to Class A from B grade after short-term treatment; (3) liver reserve function (eg ICGR15) basically within the normal range; (4) single liver, smooth surface, surrounded by boundaries or false capsule formation, liver tissue damaged by tumor 30 %, normal liver side compensatory increases significantly, reaching more than 50% of the whole liver tissue; (5) multiple tumors, tumor nodules less than 3, limited in one segment or one lobe; (6) hepatic vein, portal vein, inferior vena cava, and bile duct were not invaded by tumor; (7) No adjacent organs invasion, without hilar lymph node or distant metastasis; (8) tumor can be completely resected by segment, lobe or semi-resection according to liver anatomical boundaries; (9) liver resection margin from the tumor boundary = 1cm; if the cutting edge of <1cm, the edge of the remnant liver histology shows no residual tumor cells.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) unwilling or unsuitable for liver resection; (2) patients suffering from other malignancies simultaneously; (3) hepatitis B, hepatitis C patients in active state; (4) coagulopathy; (5) extrahepatic metastasis.
