Eligibility

Age
65 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Elderly patients with acute ischemic stroke within the 24 hours (older than 65 years); 2. Non cerebral hemorrhage; 3. Non cerebral embolism; 4. BP<180/110mmhg.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. above ASA IV (multiple organ dysfunction and in decompensated); 2. Large area cerebral infarction (more than one lobe or larger than 5cm in diameter); 3. The condition is not stable; 4. Stroke more than 24h; 5. Blood coagulation disorders; 6. The neck skin infection.
