Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients are in accordance with diagnosis standards of RA at active stage as well as syndrome differentiation standard of TCM pa disease (lame impediment, hot and dampness accumulation); (2) patients are informed and agreed with the research and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Age 65 years; (2) Women with pregnancy or in lactation, patients with allergic constitution; (3) Other autoimmune disease; (4) patients with serious heart, brain, liver, kidney, blood, endocrine system and gastrointestinal disease; (5) Patients with conscious disorder or unusual spirit; (6) Patients participated in other clinical trials within 3 months; (7) For other reasons, the researchers think that the patients should not be included.
