Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) meet the diagnostic criteria; (2) the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) scores> 7 points, Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) standard score of> 50 points or Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS) standard score of> 50 points; (3) After nearly three months without sedative, anti-anxiety medications; (4) signed informed consent, who volunteered to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) various postoperative; (2) those associated with other serious diseases or secondary insomnia; (3) severe liver and kidney dysfunction; (4) cancer patients; (5) mental illness; (6) within the past three months used sedative, anti-anxiety drugs; (7) Other unexplained bleeding tendency of patients.
