Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria include the following conditions: Patient Meets the clinical and radiological criteria of the American College of Rheumatology for primary knee OA; aged 40 to 70 years; grades I-III on the Kellgren–Lawrence scale on an X-ray taken within 6 months; pain intensity between 20 mm to 70 mm on the visual analog scales (VASs) in the previous 48 h when walking on a flat surface; and competency to attend the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria include: Pregnant or lactating women; allergic people; the lower limb pain caused by other diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis, or gouty arthritis or any accident/sports; patients with severe heart, renal or liver insufficiency, contagious diseases, uncontrolled hypertension or diabetes mellitus, neurological deficits, or psychological symptoms; patients researchers think who should not be enrolled in the trial.
