18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) They fulfill diagnostic criterias of ITP with platelet counts less than 20×109/L or platelet count less than30×10^9/L with bleeding; 2) They are more than 18 years of age; 3) They show no response to glucocorticoids with the disease course of more than 6 months; or the maintain dose of glucocorticoids was more than 30mg/d; or they have failed splenectomy or have relapsed thereafter; 4) They have read and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients are excluded if they have got neoplastic diseases; 2. Patients are excluded if they are taking parting in other studies.
