Age
45 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male or female , 45 to 75 years of age; Primary diagnosis of Ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke according to ICD-10; Ischemic stroke between 7 to 15 days after stroke onset; hemorrhagic stroke between 15 to 22 days after onset; GCS=15; The NIHSS score =16; Mini-Mental State Exam (MMSE) =18; No sever aphasia or with aphasia but no affecting communication interaction; Fugl-Meyer motor assessment score =85; No sever medical condition and complication following stroke, other disease will not influence the inclusion of clinical pathway; Written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Brain hemorrhage or Sub-arachnoid haemorrhage caused by cerebral trauma; Severe medical condition in combination with stroke or severe complication that will influence outcomes; Other diseases affecting motor functions; Severe mental disorders; Without informed consent.
