Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients for selective operation under general anesthesia; ASA?-? in the first affiliated hospital of Guangzhou University of TCM.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Regurgitation and aspiration high-risk patients; high-risk patients with respiratory tract bleeding;patients with diseases of the throat.
