18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 18-70; routine intubation success, contrast find pure common bile duct stones and larger than 1cm; after Gallbladder surgery, or implement cholecystectomy recently proposed; subjects volunteered to participate in this study and signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Coagulation dysfunction (INR>1.3); peripheral platelet count <50×10^9/L; patients with severe liver disease; biliary duct cancer or intrahepatic bile duct stones; combined bile duct stenosis; papilla impacted stones; after the success of the pre-cut cannula; intraoperative biliary fistula; undergo previous stone removed by EST or EPBD; patients with septic shock; poor compliance or determined substandard by a doctor; other ERCP contraindications; pregnancy
