Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: we will screen more than 500 infertile patients with tubal blockage who are referred to Department of Reproductive Endocrinology, Women’s Hospital, School of Medicine, Zhejiang University, China (Reproductive Medicine Center of Zhejiang Province, China) for IVF. The ET treatment is conducted three days after TVOR, and all the patients will complete both of TVOR and ET. All the partners of the patients have normal spermiograms and sperm morphology.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: We will exclude all the patients who are not fluent in Chinese, the patients with neurologic or psychiatric disorders, the patients who are taking any tranquillizer, acupressure or acupuncture therapy, or the patients with a history of smoking or drinking.
