Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with thyroid disease receiving first total thyroidectomy treatment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)with Goiter beyond ? degree; 2)complete excision cannot be done on the premise of unavoidable RLN injury caused by tumor invasion during operation; 3)with vocal cord dysfunction; 4)with abnormal lymph node in ultrasonography preoperatively and possiblity to operate cervical lymphadenectomy
