20 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet endoscopic thyroid surgery indications; 2. Cardiopulmonary good, less airway secretions, endotracheal intubation can be tolerated; 3. less surgical trauma, simple surgery steps, short time for surgery(relatively); 4. Aged 20-40 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. ASA score more than three; 2. overweigh, abnormal airway and more secretions, intolerant intubation; 3. local anesthetic allergy, nonintubated compound anesthesia failure; 4. Difficult endoscopic thyroid surgery, long time for surgery, more trauma, complicated surgery steps (relatively).
