EEN:enteral nutrition was applied after onste of SAP within 4 days
late enteral nutririon (LEN):enteral nutrition was applied after onste of SAP within 5-10 days
total parenteral nutrition (TPN):nutrition was infused via vein

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Consecutive patients who were diagnosed with SAP within 72 h of onset with the age between 18 and80 years?

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: less than 18 years or more than 80years; after 72 h of onset; dysfunction of intestine or c intra-abdominal hypertension or abdominal compartment syndrome; diabetic; pregnancy or lactation; allergic to nutrient solution; severe diseases, including hepatopathy, heart diseases, renal diseases, carcinoma.
